These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of MCdb and the related mobile apps (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-infringing purposes. You may not scrape the Services in a way that overloads our systems, reverse engineer proprietary non-public components solely to compete unfairly, or misuse ads/measurement systems.
Accuracy and availability
Reference data, calculators, and generators are provided “as is” without warranty. Game mechanics change between versions and editions; always verify critical results in-game. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
User content and commands
Command and datapack outputs you generate are your responsibility. Do not use the Services to create or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
Advertising
The Services may display third-party advertisements. Ad content is provided by networks and advertisers; we do not endorse advertised products. Ad-related data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
