Licenses Terms

1. Overview

All digital products available on GemGap are distributed under specific license types that define how items can be used. By purchasing or downloading any item, you agree to comply with the applicable license terms.

2. License Types

Regular License

A Regular License grants you permission to:

• Use the item in a single end product
• Create an end product for personal or client use
• Modify or customize the item

However, you are not allowed to:

• Sell or redistribute the item as-is
• Use the item in multiple end products
• Charge users for access to the end product (e.g., SaaS, subscription-based services)

Extended License

An Extended License includes all permissions of the Regular License, plus:

• Use in a single end product where end users may be charged
• Integration into SaaS platforms or paid applications

Restrictions still apply:

• You cannot resell the item as a standalone product
• Redistribution of source files is strictly prohibited

3. Single Use Policy

Each license (Regular or Extended) is valid for one end product only. If you want to use the same item in multiple projects, you must purchase additional licenses.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All items remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. Purchasing a license does not grant ownership of the item, only the right to use it under specified terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or share items
• Use items in illegal, harmful, or misleading applications
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original item

6. License Violations

Violation of license terms may result in:

• Suspension or termination of your account
• Removal of purchased items
• Legal action by the author or GemGap

7. Refunds & License Issues

License-related disputes or misunderstandings should be reported to our support team. Refunds are subject to GemGap’s refund policy.

8. Changes to License Terms

GemGap reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
