- The item is not delivered after a successful payment.
- The author fails to provide required support as stated in the item description.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You lack the technical ability to use the item.
- The item works as described but does not meet your expectations.
- Compatibility issues with your environment not mentioned in the product description.
- You purchased the item by mistake.

- Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days.
- We may contact both buyer and author for clarification.
- Final decisions are made at GemGap’s discretion.
6. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse of the refund system.
- Accounts engaging in fraudulent activities may be suspended or terminated.
