Welcome to GemGap Premium. These Premium Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of premium features, products, and services offered on gemgap.com (“Platform”). By purchasing or subscribing to any Premium offering, you agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
1. Premium Access

2. Licensing & Usage

4. Refund Policy

- Refunds are only granted if the item is defective, not as described, or cannot be downloaded.

- No refunds will be issued for change of mind or lack of technical knowledge.

- GemGap does not guarantee lifetime updates or support unless explicitly stated.
6. Account Responsibility

- Use items in illegal, harmful, or unethical projects.
- Attempt to bypass security or licensing mechanisms.

GemGap reserves the right to suspend or terminate Premium access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

We may update these Premium Terms at any time. Continued use of Premium services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
